Lyndon House B&B

Very lovely and delicious breakfast. It was close to our destination of the Ward Hall Christmas tour and Georgetown and drive through horse farms. Great overnight

It’s a really cute house, but the front room is somewhat loud as N Broadway is a very busy street. Would recommend for a night as it’s a good base camp for exploring!

This B and B is fabulous. It is wonderfully close to downtown Lexington, restaurants, etc. it is an absolutely beautiful house, perfectly maintained and clean. The rooms are special- comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and included anything you might want. Finally, the staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A perfect getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Lyndon House. It's a charming, comfortable building with plenty of room to sit downstairs and read some of the many books and magazines available. Our host, Anton, was helpful and hospitable. Our room was spacious enough and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, with daily offerings of biscuits, fruit, cereal and pastries, as well as a hot breakfast of the day. The only downside was that the Inn is on the main road to downtown Lexington, so there was a certain amount of traffic noise.

This very clean and comfortable stately home has been updated to provide modern convenience in a historical house. It even has an elevator for the upper floors so you don't have to lug your luggage up old stairs; although, the stairway is quite elegant. Owner lives on the property and provides an excellent breakfast and good service; Rooms and Bathroom is well kept and very comfortable.

Service was exceptional, they were extremely accommodating, and made us feel at home. My fiance and I had a fantastic visit and will stay there again the next time we are in Lexington.

My husband and I had a wonderful night's stay at Lyndon House. We walked toward downtown for dinner based on the recommendations we got from the Lyndon's guest notebook and had a delightful dinner. Our room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The whole house had very pretty appointments without being cluttered like some historic B and B's. Breakfast was cooked to order by Anton, and it, too, was top notch. We did have a room without en suite bath, and had to go down the hall to our bathroom, but the deluxe robes the inn provided made that quite accommodating. The neighborhood was full of other interesting, historic homes and we especially enjoyed walking the blocks around the Lyndon House, both in the evening when we arrived, and the next morning.

Anton was an excellent host, insightful about area. Enjoyed our stay,close to downtown and historical district.

Excellent location, service, great rooms. Very quite for a good night sleep.
