Royal Residence

I stayed here in June 2016 for two nights in order to visit Gdansk and Frombork. It is comfortable and clean, in a quiet area but somewhat away from the Old Town. The staff are friendly, and they mentioned that it was a 25-minute walk to the Old Town and provided a map, but we found a car to be useful. The road in which the hotel is situated is rather bumpy, and parking is tricky as there is no official off-street parking other than on the dirt and grass opposite and a short, narrow area off the side of the road adjacent to the hotel. In the rain, the road was a little muddy. Despite these problems, my colleague and I enjoyed our stay and the hotel provided a nice breakfast.

The "hotel" is extremely difficult to find. You will need to have a car to stay here. Not very far from the old city center, but too far to walk.

Nice old building but unfortunately takes a long time to get into the town centre. Nice big rooms.

You still don't understand : I booked thru your site, and got confirmation of my stay in the hotell. However, when I arrived they did not have my booking, and were also fully booked. i had to find another hotel. You did make a withdraw on my account for the night. Please refund my money. I made the booking and payed in advance, one day ahead of my intended stay. I got confirmation of the booking, However when I arrived they did not have my reservation in their log !!! They were fully booked, so no possibility to arrange a room for me. I had to find another accomodation in the evening. I promise to never trouble you with any more bookings in the future. This is a different type of place. Very interesting building. The ladies behind the counter were quite helpful and their English was excellent. The breakfast was good. Located too far from the old town. Use the taxi ordered by the staff. The taxi we used from the taxi stand down town charged us three times the amount we paid from the hotel.

It was amazing stay. Staff very helpful and nice. Lovely room. Would go back :)

Nice , helpfull staff . Gorgeous view for old town , very romantic huge room, comfortable big king bed .

Very nice , friendly hotel, heplpfull staff. Rich breakfast , wonderfulll room, with wiev for Town, clean towels and beddings. Finallly I will back soon .
