Bad smell, wall paper pealing, vent falling out ceiling toilet paper holder broke could keep going. This place should be closed until they clean it up and update it

The people who work here were a big help to me, especially Jennifer, who checked me in and out, and gave me a free lightbulb when I needed one.

They was dirty af bed bugs and jacuzzi was dirty af

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was old and dirty. Room was dirty. No breakfast because of Covid. Overall, it was OK, but not great. I travelled with my family of 6 and we were not too thrilled to stay here. The helpful staff was the only positive.

Was fine other then the fact the female receptionist was very rude n nasty they also don’t clean the rooms well our room still had someone else’s dirty cloths inside

The room was half tore apart as if they were in the middle of some type of construction

It smelled like vape as soon as we arrived. There was a hole in our bathroom door. The floor was sticky and the wallpaper was peeling. Definitely would not return.

The housekeeper was very nice. Front desk staff took almost 30 minutes to check me in. The first room they gave me had not even been cleaned so i had to get a different room. The other night time desk person was shaving their head in the lobby. Another guest was blasting their music past midnight and i had to complain for the desk staff to even say anything. Kids running around in their underwear. Desk staff yelling down hallway around 1am for the owner of a vehicle to move their truck. Owners son threatened to have my truck towed if i didn't straighten it out after it had been parked there all day, and he had already parked next to it. Seemed as though he felt very entitled. Owner or other worker smoking inside the entrance. The housekeeping staff were the only professional workers. It was ok for the price, however the owner and desk workers need some training on how to treat their guests and accommodate paying customers.
