To start it off he put me in a room with a Jacuzzi tub but the water didn't get hot, said something then he said oh wait that room is taken, go to this room. Tub worked and was hot but the entire place smelled of mildew and you could hear staff and other people arguing. 200 $ for a tub, food wasn't available nor was the t.v. working. Everything looked in disrepair and I feel as though the electric issues could cause a fire.

Advertises a pool, that is permanently out of order when you arrive.

The rooms are holes in the wall patched up light did not work had a flackering light took a shower water would not turn off in shower loud music playing next door in other room. Front door did not open had to u your hands to slide it open. U get what u payed for at this hotel low price not a great appearance on the room

Staff was very polite and helpful with my needs rooms are nice and big

On your app you say there's a pool. But their pool has been down for over a year. They either can't fix it. The motor to put the cleaner in and all that. Or they have to replace the pool because it's totally whatever. The manager was really nice. We pointed out something on the app. They do not have a laundry area for customers. But the manager took care of that and helped us that way. When we got to our rooms we didn't have washcloths or enough toilet paper. But we didn't go down until the next day we may do. And then they were accusing us of stealing it. And I told him it wasn't there. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked after we plugged it back in to the cable and up.

Bed Bugs

I would definitely go back and stay again.

I left within 5 minutes of my stay, hopefully I can get a refund, the room reeked of recently smoked cigarettes and was dirty, stains on the beds, looked like bed bugs as well. Was not happy, the lady working the counter was nice and professional, she at least was helpful and friendly so she gets 5 stars, the hotel itself though, absolutely don't waste your time or money
