"Loved it"

I loved it. The room was fantastic. The restaurant located at the property called Grand Isle was delicious. The casino was great good vibe.

One thing that could’ve been better was a coffee pot in the room. There was coffee, but no coffee pot other than that everything was perfect.

Location

It was not clean, we asked for simple toiletries like tooth paste and slippers that couldn’t be provided. So unusual for a 4 star hotel of this price range.

It was close to all

Well as im writing this review, in the backsplash, displays a brand new room, as i did when i reserved in oktober/sept, however, the room i got, was at a complete differente tower harrahs, and was old as hell. Travelled from aruba, aruba all its hotels are state of the art, which is similar to what i thought i was getting. So it was kind of like a catfish. I email the propterty, never heard anything

"Had a great time in Nola!"

The room was very nice with spacious bathroom and great view of the river. Bed was comfy and the room had all the needed amenities such as fridge and safe. The location was phenomenal for our trip purpose. Also the staff was friendly and even gave us two mini waters.

Perhaps I didn’t notice when booking but we wanted a room directly inside the casino so we went upstairs to the hotel portion of the actual gaming area. At the check in desk, we were told that our room was technically in harrahs. Which was back downstairs and out of the casino directly across the walkway. That was unfortunate and unexpected

"Great Holiday getaway"

The staff was very friendly, it was very conveniently located.

Wasn't informed you have to request additional amenities (coffe, water). The beauty light could be brighter and easier to adjust

Very convenient to downtown french quarter.

Lighting in bathroom very dim. Toilet moved when sat on. Sink had large crack across back and tub would not drain without a washcloth inserted into it. I called front desk 5 times for extra coffee and they never answered. Our room was not cleaned the second day.
