Close to everything

I booked a beautiful KING bed as seen in the picture.. at CEASERS hotel. When I got here they told me my room was at the connected ( through a tunnel or outside separate building) Harras hotel and not only was it dirty.. it was two queen beds instead of a king I will never book through this site again because you don’t get what you book and pay for. I’m sure a refund is out of the question as well

We had no water one morning and that night no water from 11pm to 6 am. They should have told us that morning or called us.

Staff was rude and the night girl did not speak loud enough so we could hear her. Even when I asked to speak to the manger he was a cranky old man.

Staff was nice

Our shower was wet like someone was fresh out of the shower. There was no bodywash in the dispenser. I accidentally pulled back all the sheets and there were crumbs all over the bed
