Noise in corrider and by bins all night

Beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre mainly because the coffee machine was not in the breakfast area, but in a space quite separate, and it was awfully slow. It took my group 20 minutes to get coffee because of the queue and slow machine. We booked a room for four and they had towels for two which I guess is not a huge problem but quite annoying when it happens. Couple of members of stuff really didn’t want to be there.

We used this hotel as a pit stop for the night, the rooms are nice but for the price we paid and after an 11 hour drive I’m going to be picky. The gentleman who was checking people in was really nice very calm considering a bus load of people had clearly just arrived, he made time to make basic chit chat while we signed on the dotted line and pointed us in the right direction The rooms are okay bit of a wow as you go in but then you start to notice things - quite a bit of mold around the bath water outlet and bath corners, the water outlet itself on the bath is hanging on by a thread - the bedding is “very well used” (sweat marks and stains). the room was obviously cleaned but it needs a bit of and update a bit more care. - The air con is loud along with the fridge humming away. - Also an annoying clicking noise from what we thought was a sprinkler. We didn’t eat here but when we arrive it smelled and looked like normal hotel food. We didn’t sleep the best as unfortunately the family above us had marathon runners for children and we were by a fire door. So overall not the worst but definitely not the best
