Very expensive price for a one night stay. Light flickering in lift. Tea/coffee away from main breakfast area

Convenient location

The room was dirty, coffee spills in the carpet and up the wall by the side of the bed. An old can of coke squashed and stuffed down the side of the chair

It was in a good location and the car park had sufficient spaces plus security cameras.

The property felt quite ‘run down’. On arrival the sink plug got stuck and it was detached from the rod at the back of the sink. Not great. We struggled to dial reception because of poor instructions in the phone. So we went to reception and the same man in reception was the person who eventually 15 mins later came up to fix the plug. He was helpful but it felt a little like Fawlty Towers with one man doing everything. He was polite and helpful and fixed the plug quickly. But the actual plug mechanisms at the sink was hugely outdated and broken. Well past its best.
