"Stay Here at the Best Hotel on Isla Mujeres"

Best hotel in the island! It's at a prefect location on the beach and walking distance to the main street with restaurants and shops. We have stayed here many times over the years. They always make us feel welcomed. The beach service is the best, we always ask for Chepo's area. He always gives us the best service!

"Best Hotel on Isla Mujeres!"

We come here to this hotel atleast twice a year. This hotel has the best service! The best views and beach. When we go to the beach here we always ask for Chepo! He always gives us the best service. We always feel welcomed with him!

"Always A Great Stay at Ixchel!"

We had a great time at Ixchel in a 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything you needed. The location can't be beat. My favorite part is the friendly staff. From checking in to checking out, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I'm horrible with names and wish I wrote them down but the man who checked in my 2 sons and I was great (blue eyes!). I fell in a hole in the road and sprained my ankle and he offered to call a doctor. We were also very happy to see that our favorite person Chepo is still there! Cesar on the beach was very nice too.

Fourth time at Ixchel. Room was nicely updated. Amazing shower! The BEST beach service by Chepo and Cesar! Can’t wait to visit again!
