I love the pools

the room was too cool for our comfort. I had to go out and buy socks because my feet were freezing!

The location of the facility is great!

The water heater did not work. There was water all over it which cause the breaker to trip and there was no one to fix it. The suggested we shower at a different room which was way too far from our location.

"It was uncomfortable and frustrating."

Our first rooms boiler was broken so we did not have hot water. They moved us to another room at 10 pm, but that room did not have working AC. They attempted to fix it, but it still did not work all night.

Black mold on comforters. Second room smelled of black mold, door was falling off the frame, no fire alarm, no safety latch. Gross and old. Nothing like a resort as stated.
