The property needs major upgrades, everything is probably at least 40 years old, carpet stained, bathroom floor tiles "scary looking", room walls need paint, the room smells like pee but the front desk guy was very nice.

Great stay at Econo Lodge Woodland near I-5. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants like McDonald’s. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the two-person desk, which made breakfast very enjoyable.
