The people in the check in desk have to be more friendly and professional

It wa ok . Clean if u didnt look to hard but the part that bothered me was what looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise you could tell they do regular light cleaning. The beds even though firm were good and the pillows better than most ,but there was a pretty narley stain on the room chair.

Gracious, efficient and accommodating staff; new attractive carpet and interior paint job; small but clean pool; safe area and easy access to establishment; modest but adequate breakfast; would upgrade the cheaper rough towels and the low grade toilet paper and kleenex which only means that it takes more to accomplish the task.

I love this Super 8. Hotel staff are very nice. Location is far enough from the Innerstate so its quite. I have stayed here at least 20 times and never had a bad experience. Several fast food establishments and restaurants are just down the road.

The staff was very nice and helpful

The facility was clean and the service excellent. We really appreciated the room being cool when we arrived. Check out was painless.

We booked 2 nights weeks ahead of time. Our needs continued to change. I called and added 2 more nights at the end, then later added another 3 nights before our reservations. Each time I called to ensure that we could stay in the same room for all nights and the owner assured me there would be no problem. And there wasn't. Upon checking them, I got to meet the owner and he, and EVERY staff member were so incredibly nice and accommodating as you would want customer service to be. Upon returning to the hotel late one night after a long hot day of filming, we had an incredibly insightful and interesting conversation. Even past midnight and being exhausted, we didn't want to end the talk it was so enjoyable. The people that work here make this hotel a place to stay. We'll not look for any other when we are in the area.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. The hot tub had been filled in.

The room was really dirty under the sofa bed it looks like they never clean and the hotel smells weird.
