Poor housekeeping and ventilation. Poor noise control level. Sid. It sleep all night. Luckily had a bleach wipe maroon brown stain next to bed Formally put in complaint. Smell in room like rotten cheese musty. Old bar of soap left in shower

Staff came only once to clean the room and that only time the clean it they didn’t remove all the trash. And I was hoping to enjoy the inside pool but since my first day I have been told that they are working on it until I left the pool was still close. I feel like they knew about that issue and they didn’t put it online for people to see it. I won’t stay there next time.

We stayed 5 nights and had the best time!!! Rooms were clean! Pools were great!!! Loved the fire pits and my kids loved the playground and amenities!!! This is a perfect place for families!!!!

Wonderfull place great breakfast,cleanlines,the staff very friendly and the facilites very well maintanance but the air conditioners need to be change because they do aloud of noise and that interrup your rest beside that all great

Staff was very nice and helped move us to a new room when there was an issue with our keycard

Showed up there immediately wanted to leave after getting not one but two rooms. Both were filthy had stains on the protector for the mattress that were from bedbugs.!! Contacted Expedia the hotel said they would refund me and they have yet to refund me. Expedia says every time they try to contact the hotel that they ignore it.!! I highly suggest that you do not come to this hotel and you spend your money elsewhere. I lost $174 of my hard earned money just trying to spend time in the Cape for My Son’s birthday.!!!

nice, cozy, not big room, with everything you need. friendly staff, I give 4 stars only for dirty floors

It is reasonable price with full continental breakfast offered every morning. I stayed in a cottage unit with two little ones perfect size of outdoor pool and indoor pool with a playground.
