Sunbird ANNEX Resort

The staff were kind. My son and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend more attention payed to the cleanliness of the pools. I do understand staff is busy doing other things. The first day we arrived we discovered something we would rather not have in the outdoor pool.. not their fault. I have had a bacterial skin infection since I got home. I am not blaming them as I’m not sure where I got it…The pool is beautiful at night and lit up by LED lights the rooms are nice and bright and everyone was nice. The kids all had plenty of space to swim and play. It was a welcoming environment.

This is our second stay here! The staff is super friendly and my kids love enjoying their playground and both pools! And the location is just perfect! One beach is within a walking distance!

Property was clean, quiet, and nice. Towels were replaced daily and pools were nice and relaxing.

Lovely staff who were very helpful throughout our entire stay. Spotless room, comfy bed, fantastic breakfast… all around a great place with excellent value for money!

This place is in the most ideal location in Yarmouth, walking distance to some good restaurants and activities, but the room was not all that clean, little gnat flying around from the second we checked in, bathroom was dirty and that’s putting it nicely. Bathroom had hair from other stays on the floors and in the shower, all ice & vending machines were out of order. Overall and ok place to stay just wish it was cleaner.

Breakfast was great... lady in breakfast room was really nice. Room was clean and beds comfortable.. Hotel close to a beach and shops.. Will stay again..

We really enjoyed our stay! We booked two rooms and one was located in the ANNEX building. We stayed in the cottage with our own patio! The indoor pool was clean and fun, great for both kids and adults. We also liked the tennis courts—a nice way to stay active. The breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. Our kids loved the playground. It was safe and gave them a great place to run around and have fun.
