Beautiful views Big pool Quite inside territory

An old building with a lot of mold due to dampness. Old furniture, and a very noisy air conditioner. Most of the meat dishes were terrible. The staff speak poor English — you have to explain several times what exactly you want to drink. The beach nearby is full of persistent beggars and stray dogs.

Nice hotel at the beach well maintained. Good bouffet dinner and breakfast.

You can’t swim at the beach, it’s a bit rough and wavy.

部屋が清潔だった。

宿泊に関する事前の問い合わせ（booking.comやホテルの問い合わせ先宛の直接のメールなど複数パターンで試したものの無反応）に全く応答がなく、宿泊者としては非常に不安に感じた。同じHeritance系列のKandalamaにも宿泊し、Kandalamaは非常に高品質のサービスであったが、Ahungallaは同系列とは信じられないほどサービスの質が低かった。 ホテル到着時も事前の無応答に対する謝罪はなかった。またこの問題に関してマネジャーと話す機会も与えられなかった。その他滞在時の対応も非常に残念なものだった。具体的には、チェックイン時に部屋まで案内してくれたスタッフが怠そうに説明していた点、カフェバーでの注文から飲み物が来るまでにかなり時間がかかっていた点、共用エリアのビリヤードが有料であった点、などがある。

The rooms were spacious and the private beach was beautiful

The a la carte restaurant was terrible. Buffet is the only option. At the a la carte restaurant the food takes forever to come and is still half cooked.

The fire dancers were awesome…great show…hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Food was great as well…overall fantastic experience
