"Wonderful location, very spacious room and balcony, helpful and friendly staff"

The lady at reception was super helpful, we were arriving early and she kept in contact whilst we were travelling on the day with updates. The room was ready early. She went over and above to accommodate us.

Our units decor was a bit tired. The sliding glass door to the bathroom would open on its own. It was adjusted and then we could hardly move it.

The location and facilities in the resort is first class

I was surprised by the condition of the bath tub/shower in the main bathroom. There was as mould. Compared to the rest of the apartment it let down the whole experience slightly

We were surprised with an upgrade at check-in, huge, modern room with plenty of space and an amazing view. Pretty quiet, staff were lovely and a very comfortable stay all round!

Bathrooms need a bit of a refresh.
