The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel and Suites

Leaking roof, musty smelling, mosquitoes, mouldy bedding. We were moved from the first room and given a room with two singles pushed together. We only had breakfast there once then chose to eat elsewhere. The best thing is the location, definitely a good spot. Unfortunately we will not be staying again

I booked 6 months ahead for a family holiday , I booked 3 rooms one for each of my family . My daughter went to Bali beforehand and we decided she should check what the rooms were like ,on arrival the girl told her all they standard rooms were taken and showed her one of the pool access rooms and said that the standard were exactly the same but had no pool acess .( NO THEY ARE NOT ) . The rooms were old and dirty looking ,the beds were very uncomfortable ,with rock pillows .There was blood stains on my daughters sheets and also one of my pillow ,the towels were smelly and stained . Aircons very noisey ,and leaking ,one room only had one power outlet ,( we had to buy adapter and take TV out to charge phones ) .The staff were friendly but didn't seem to be very happy . The manager must never be there as every time we asked so we could complain he wasn't there .( funny that ) .Breakfast ,food was always cold even the dishes that should be hot . Our food orders continually given to other guests in front of us . On the up side room service was very good and reasonalble prices . The pool is very nice . The location was great . ( I have to comment when I did get to talk to A staff member she informed me as I booked through Expedia that is what I should expect ) I have booked through Expedia on numerous occasions and NEVER have I had an issue . We will never stay there again and will recommend others don't as well .

Great service from all the staff. A few bits in the room need updating but otherwise lovely. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was all round awesome. The food at the restaurant was a let down. Some stuff was ok but wouldn't eat there again.

My wife and I had a great time hotel food was excellent also the breakfast changed every day so we liked that , close to shops and restaurants would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff were lovely and very attentive. Small hotel, nice and quite in a great location.

Great hotel for the price not far from Legian beach. I stayed in a deluxe room on the second floor overlooking the pool. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was very quiet even though it was school holidays. I would stay again but next time with a pool access room so you can walk out the back door onto the balcony and into the pool.
