Saigon Quy Nhon Hotel

This is the second time I have stayed here. The wonderful staff here really took care of you and were very friendly. Can't explain the enjoyment we had staying here. I will come back in the next holiday with my family.

Nice hotel, good location. The hotel has upgraded so rooms are new, spacious and comfortable. The view from hotel’s rooms is so nice. Friendly and professional staff. Great buffet breakfast. I definitely come back

Pool was not that good but the beach is right across the street. Modern bathroom, spacious rooms and good service.

This's my first time to stayed at this hotel. I was really impressed with the customer service. The room is nice enough but the view is gorgeous. I will be back to stay here again

Large room with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. Breakfast was horrible.

There's no hot water within our room. We asked it to be fixed, but they came and didn't get it done then just leave us there. It was really a very unpleasant experience.

Poor hotel with old carpet all over the place. The food is even worse, breakfast and dinner both. I would not advise to stay in this hotel. At least there was a swinning pool, however, she's an old beast to.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I admit being spoiled when it comes to the hotels I usually stay at, but I really only expect 2 basic things from a hotel: a clean bed and hot water from the shower. This hotel had neither! Before reading, please note I had been upgraded to a “VIP room”! My room was old, the carpet had holes in it and was filthy with staines. My bedsheets were filled with dead insects. I went to reception to ask for another room, only to be told they were fully booked and a part from a small even worse room they had no rooms left. I was also politely told that I was staying at the best room in the hotel! In the end they changed the bedsheets in my room. After the ordeal I tried to get to sleep which proved impossible because the sound insulation of the windows is non existent. The loud noise coming from the street was unbearable. It got quieter by midnight, but by 5:30am I got woken up again by extremely loud loudspeakers. The wifi did not work and the shower had only lukewarm water in the morning. I had to leave at 8am and at 7:30am I requested to speak to the manager. He was either too busy or too lazy because he never showed up. Most probably he had not shown up for work yet when I left at 8am. This hotel is a disgrace and a public health risk. It ought to be shut down!
