It is clean, it's close to Hot Springs State Park, I like the double room, staff are super friendly and helpful.

You have to temper your expectations, the rooms are clean but the motel is dated, They have tried to make some updates but just realize you aren't going to the Hilton. It is what it is a cheap motel.

"It would've been fine if the rooms were cheaper. Just didn't get what I paid for."

They allow dogs, front desk staff was very friendly, easy to find location, there was construction going on so hopefully the rooms get updated nicely.

The ceiling was caving in, curtains didn't fully close, bathroom door wouldn't latch, closet had no light, toilet's water kept running after flushing.
