Motel is not luxury, but if you want inexpensive, great location and friendly staff, this is a great place! Bed was surprisingly comfortable, room was clean and shower was hot

Gwen, the manager was great and assisted with anything I needed. The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere.

Staff was great . Property was quiet. No issues

My stay was grwat but changing my reservation was a bit harder then expected as no one would answer the phone. Finally got through and Trevor got ne taken care of. But it really shouldn't take 2 days of trying to change a reservation.

Owners are great!!! Very helpful explaining different Hot Springs and where to go. Price was more than reasonable. I would definitely stay here again

The lady at the front desk was awesome!! Very friendly and informative. There are also some guests that stay there long term and they were also very friendly and provided good conversation. Its an old building but in pretty good condition. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice. We went there expected a fairly run down place so we wouldn't have to pay $200 for a quick nights sleep and were pleasantly suprised to find it was a comfy clean place with friendly faces.

Air conditioner was very loud and toilet did not flush properly. Good value for the money.
