The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Loved the fountain in the breakfast courtyard!

Seeing all of the rooms with balconies and we were along the back outside wall so no balcony.

The beds were comfortable

They charged an extra amount of money on my card without telling me and when I asked about it they blew me off. Already spent way too much on the room anyways so getting charged after not being told about any deposit or any policy is bs. Called them 3 days later and God forbid I ask about why I got charged extra and they just said my bank will handle it and hung up on me. Would've been a nice stay if the staff weren't complete assholes.
