"Blessed to be moved"

Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the whole place smells of cigarette smoke. The room that I originally stayed in had electrical issues. They moved me and my kids after I had to prove there was an electrical fire hazard with their AC unit.

The property is a non smoking property but yet every night people were somking weed in the rooms. People slamming doors and tv were loud. My rooms tv was so old you see static and lines in the tv. Check in was 3 room wasnt ready until 330 but dont you dare check out late. The only good thing about the property is that it has a nice LOOKING pool

"Lackluster experience "

The TV didn't work, the pillows were flat, & I had an issue with the heater. It was 40 degrees outside & the heater took 20 minutes to start working. The 1st room that was assigned to me had a guest occupying the room already & I arrived at 8:30 pm. Next time, I'll pay more for comfort...

Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Everything was great for the price. One thing that bothers us much was the smell of the room. It's like a smoking room. The staff tried to spray the room for us again. No use.

When we arrived to our nonsmoking room there were clearly cigarette ashes on the tray with the coffee maker set up in the bathroom. When we got into the room, we saw and killed a cockroach. The back rest cushions were also missing from the couch. We understand it’s a value hotel, but this was pretty bad. Staff was pleasant, the issue is with the facility.

"NO BREAKFAST! "

The breakfast that we have booked and paid for was not offered to us even when we told her we had paid for breakfast. On the first two mornings. We saw the the fruit, bread, cereal when she was putting away the plates and utensils. I said if we checked out before 11am would she refund my third night? She said Yes but instead of a rebate she took more funds off of my card! Hotels.com helped me get the funds back. The receptionist was about as unhelpful as she could be!
