The desk attendant was helpful, friendly and courteous.

The room was old and the furniture was not acceptable. It should have been in the trash. The toilet wasn't flushing properly. There were 3 sheets to cover to mattress. There was a protector on the 9bed that should have been thrown in the trash. It was worn out. The security outside door was broken so it slammed all night long so we couldn't rest. My husband was extremely ill and needed cold AC. The AC unit was barely working. It only had a low speed and we were hot the whole night. By morn, we were both clogged up and could hardly breathe because of what the AC was putting out into the room. There was no way to plug in our phones. We couldn't wait to get out of there. We had scheduled 3 nights since our AC was out at home. We found someone to help fix it. We explained this but was refused a refund on the nights we did not stay. So we were forced to pay for the room we didn't use. The whole place had an old smell to it. The place needed updated in the worst way. We will never stay here again. I would rather sleep in my truck then stay in this hole. Outside, trash was literally thrown around to the extent it looked like it was a dumping site for garbage. There was broken furniture sitting around, totally unusable. Flower pots had weeds growing in them. In order to try to cover this up, the motel put up a small white fence and tried to cover it so it wasn't such an eyesore. The pool are had weeds growing around it. I refused to go in that pool. The toilet seat was old and the surface worn down to the base. The walls were in bad need of paint. I would have to say this is the worst place we have ever stayed. But we scheduled on line and got no money back. They refused to even discuss a refund saying we didn't meet their criteria for a refund. No matter what we entered, it didn't meet their criteria. Awful place. It should be closed down and condemned. It's not fit for homeless people to stay.

It is close to the interstate & a convenient place to stop just before crossing the mountains if going east or just after if going west. My room was very comfortable.

I do a lot of traveling and lodging around the country. This hotel was a most excellent value. I've paid twice as much for half as much value.

There could have been more expanded breakfast offerings, such as fruits, but all in all, it was par for the course considering the price.

My room was in need of many repairs. Carpet was dirty. Curtains were off the rods. Bathroom was in poor condition. It was pet friendly, but there were no dog facilities. Just rock, cement and weeds
