Jefferson Inn Dandridge

The only 2 positive things I could say. It was also every quiet and the location of the hotel.

Where to start. The place is very outdated. We were there for a total of 3 nights. 1)There was a pill in the middle of the hallway when we arrived, and it was still there today when we left. 2) A breakfast was mentioned in the listing. The only food was cold cereal. Grown-ups dont eat cereal, and that isn't breakfast. 3)The side door was blocked open all day and night. 4)We had to go to the front desk each day to get our room keys to work. 5) The lack of towels and washcloths for a room we booked for 3 days. 6) There was a broken refrigerator at the entrance of the side door the whole time we were there. 7) broken chairs near the garbage bin. 8) old antennas and old satellite dishes in the back corner of the building.

The location

The bathroom toilet handle was broken, the bathroom had stains in it.

The motel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff person was very nice and helpful.

Everything was fine.
