Relatief grote kamer

Ik reis al een jaar of 20 en bezoek ongeveer 6 hotels per jaar. Dit was echt er een enorme teleurstelling. Ze zeggen een 4 sterren hotel te zijn maar dit is vergelijkbaar met Fletcher in Nederland, B&B hotels in Frankrijk en Travellodge in Engeland. De muren van de kamer leek van papier zo extreem gehorig. De kamer zelf stonk, we hebben luchtverfrisser gekocht. Douchen is een uitdaging met een douchekop die alleen recht op je gezicht kan spuiten, douchen moest in bad. Het balkon is een betonnenbunker zonder zitje. De airco maakte hetzelfde geluid als een 15 jaar oude wasmachine die gaat centrifugeren. De ontbijtzaal is een soort Turkse bruiloft zaal. Een half uur voor het einde van het buffet wordt er al druk gewerkt door het personeel wat veel lawaai oplevert. Ze ruimen het eten nog niet op maar op je gemak er zitten is er dan niet bij. Ze zeggen dat het zwembad enkel voor hotelgasten is. Echter werd er een kinderfeestje met 30 kinderen inclusief een animatieteam van 3 (zeer luide) volwassenen georganiseerd. Een zeer vreemde ervaring. Alles in het hotel kost extra geld. Voorbeeld; een handdoek voor bij het zwembad kost 1 euro en 10 euro borg. Is dit een hostel?! Als lunch hebben we een pizza besteld. 15 euro voor een diepvriespizza. Ik zou nog even zo door kunnen gaan en opsommen maar voor dit geld moet je heel snel kijken naar iets anders. Dit hotel verwacht je in Lloret del Mar en ook dan schrijf je de reisorganisatie aan wat voor enorme flop dit is.
