Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. Spa, hairdressing facilities all the basic needs were there. No need to go elsewhere which was very convenient

Accord Metropolitan hotel is excellent and friendly staff. Generally excellent.

Everything was good but most importantly the communication part. As we had to check out very early in the morning, we decided to pay the full amount the previous night in order to avoid any delay. Well only to know that while we were returning the keys to the front desk, one person there mentioned that we need to pay the tariff for the room. The front hotel staff could have mentioned the same to us to avoid any inconvenience to us the next morning. There was a lack of communication and also giving us the correct invoice. Because S mishap, we were delayed for our Grihapravesham function, as family and friends were waiting for us.

The accord hotel is a decent hotel but definitely not a 5 star. The rooms need refurbishment and were a bit smelly (dampness). The Wifi was really bad and weak. The staff were so slow but helpful and friendly. Check in was strange and slow and check out was equally slow. Breakfast options were available but limited continental food and the service was extremely slow. They do have a nice rooftop restaurant with good food and live music. Overall they need to invest in refurbishing the rooms, train staff to be quicker...chnage their check-in procedure as they make guests feel they dont trust the immigration authorities at the airport and that qe have to preaent our documents, visa and show them the entry stamps.
