I liked the bed and the room was comfortable and clean

The room was good but it was not a 5-star experience. The staff were not good enough for a 5-star hotel. I asked to print something at the hotel and they asked me to pay for it. I asked them questions in the morning and it took them all day to answer. The staff were thoroughly disappointing.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch fand ich gut, dass das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hatte.

Das Zimmer war ganz schön abgenutzt und war an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein wenig alt. Für diesen Preis kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires, y compris café et thé. Buffet de petit-déjeuner très complet et varié. Personnel attentioné. Emplacement idéal à la fois pour le business et les loisirs. Excellent espace de séminaire.

The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was outstanding. The room was spacious, spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a busy day in Brussels. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality food and impeccable service. The hotel’s location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay in Brussels.
