I had mice in my room, it was dirty and had stains and sap on the couch, The bed was super uncomfortable, and the fireplace continued to put out heat even after I turned it off. I ended up having to turn the gas off myself. I texted them (since there is nobody actually on-site) to tell them about the mice and the fireplace and request a refund for the following nights but they would only respond to my complaint about it being too hot. I never did get a refund. I could have dealt with the room being dirty, but between the mice, the bed, and the heat I could not sleep all night and I had an event the next day which I was totally destroyed for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, PAY AN EXTRA $100 AND GET A REAL ROOM. I ended up getting a room at Sessions and it was wonderful.

Difficult to near impossible to check in. Hotel employees could not be found.

The fireplace was really nice, the jacuzzi was amazing.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. My cabin had all the essentials, great heater and powerful hot shower pressure. Maybe the bed sheets and towels could use a refresh, but again everything was warm and clean. This is definitely a homey, woodsy cabin, not a fancy hotel/airbnb, which was my expectation, so I was very satisfied.

We stayed in Cabin #2 and left a day early because the place was not comfortable. It clearly has been quite awhile since the did any maintenance on the place. The bed was uncomfortable, you sank into the couch when you sat in it. I had to sit on pillows to compensate for how far I sank into it. A lamp didn’t work nor the light in the closet plus several other things. I requested a refund from the manager and got no response. I would never stay here again.

The bed was stiff and hard. Pillows not comfortable. Broken window blinds, coffee (I hope) stained blinds. No dishware. No cups. No utensils. No paper towels. No hand soap. No shampoo. The couch is old and uncomfortable. TV/WiFi slow and unreliable. Will NOT be staying here ever again.

It was a quiet centrally located clean. The Jacuzzi tub was great roomie. Everything was good except the two chairs were really rickety. Just need new ones. They have a great little refrigerator with the freezer part separate on top that keeps even ice cream cold. The check process was pretty flawless. Just need to make sure You contact them before you stay so you can get the code sent back to you the day of and then when the room is ready, they will let you know. It worked well for me.
