Isleview Motel and Cottages

The room was very small but very clean. The only real complaint was the shower, so tiny you could barely move to wash yourself in it! Good value as a place to lie down and sleep, but not much else. Small shower, small TV with very few channels. No services to speak of. Good convenient location and value. Polite staff!

Our host, Michael, was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind that our family refers to him as Michael the Magic Man, and for good reason. I’ve never met such a friendly guy in my life. Games were provided at the counter and the local teas were sublime, the cottages were absolutely adorable and felt very homey! Shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were in eco friendly reusable bottles, and everything was clean, perfectly aesthetic, and comfortable. Michael had good recommendations for eateries and things to do in the area, and he has very good fish philosophy. Can’t recommend enough!

Convenient to many places and a quant little place to stay.

Super clean and the owners/front desk folks were so helpful and friendly. Would stay again when we come back to Acadia. Great location close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

The room was perfect, enough room and very nicely renovated. Nice new bathroom, great bedding, clean everything. Highly recommended. It was to bad we were so tired because there is a nice firepit down a little path into the woods that would have been a great place for a bottle of wine and stargazing.

Nice place to stay. Clean, updated, friendly staff. Perfect for our trip to Acadia National Park that didn’t cost an arm and a leg.

This was perfect for a weekend trip with my best friend. The cottage is tight but a great fit for two people. I would recommend this if you plan on being out alot during your stay. There aren't too many amenities to make it a place that you'd want to spend the day at.
