Everything related to the property was perfect: 1. The staff could not have been better....friendly,accommodating and efficient. 2. The property is well designed and excellently maintained. 3) the restaurant food great! I give he operators an A+

The toilet seat was broken and every time when we use it, we had to be really careful not to get hurt and the flushing in the shower didn't work. Every time when we shower the water overflowed to the floor. The breakfast was serviced by two staffs and the service was slow and the quality of food was bad compare to what I've paid. Generally the hotel is really old and not maintained well just like most of hotel in Bali. I would not go back to this hotel. Simply overpriced and not worth of money I've paid.

What an Amazing Experience. Located 15-20 minutes drive outside of Ubud Centre is a secret escape in the Jungle. / It was barely any visitors when we stayed there so we had basically the whole place for ourselves. All staff where super friendly- professional but personal, calling us by name the whole stay. Organising the room for morning, day and night time. The infinity pool(s) are amazing too. 3 course breakfast included OMG! Only downside I can think of would be the shuttle bus into the centre. Every second hour - We missed out on the last one in the evening to have dinner in the centre and had to pay for the same shuttle 160.000 INDR and take the free one back. I very easy if you are planning around it and just make sure your at the right place at the right time. They can drop you off at Ridge walk & Monkey forest as well! Great resort with amazing gardens. The groundskeeping team did a really great job in presenting this resort. Afternoon tea everyday was a treat, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. We had an outdoor bath and our own fishpond. The sounds of the frogs at night was really nice to listen to, sounded like they were singing. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel to stay at for relaxing. We stayed on our Honeymoon for one night and had an amazing villa with private pool. The staff was so welcoming and showered us with so much love.

This hotel was amazing in every way! Not only the hotel is extremely beautiful, but all the staff are super friendly and helpful, very very recommended. If we ever come back to Bali we are definitaely staying at komaneka at tanggayuda

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities, great breakfast, and a shuttle into town. We loved staying here so much.

Amazing service, really outstanding staff, beautiful property! The actual villas are nice but not amazing. The price is a bit steeper than some of the other hotels in the area that are on par quality wise but cheaper. But the thing that I didn’t like was that the shuttle didn’t run very often (only every two hours), and they won’t call cabs for you to the property but paying for their shuttle is over double the price of a cab. Their other property in town does have local cabs. I found out from a different staff member (but it was too late at this point) that they do call one cab company but they are metered so if you can negotiate that means they are WAY pricier than the local cabs too. Definitely stay here if you want to enjoy the quiet and don’t want to go into ubud that often but I didn’t feel like the beautiful surroundings made the distance worth it for me. They don’t even have hikes in the area at least it was very unclear when I asked.

Amazing 5 star hotel with amazing staff to go with it. Hotel is away from the hussle and bustle of Ubud so relaxation here is at it’s purest.
