The localisation and it’s an amazing hotel

The bathroom pipes were outdated.

Very large property, plenty of trails, room interior is nice, especially liked the chimney and a hot tub nearby our building

Restaurants are very pricey (breakfast was like $24 for omelet and $6 for a cup of coffee - after that we did not even try to go for a dinner). No option for grilling - not even if you have your own gas grill, and no oven in the room. Some stuff members are driving like crazy on the property - one guy on white truck almost crushed into our car, he didn’t even look our direction while turning. And no sorry or even a blink after that happened - just drove his way

Sunriver is a fantastic place to stay with family and friends. Rooms are cozy & spacious with cooking appliances that make the stay more comfortable. One thing that I would hope it revisited and improved are swimming pools to get better for winter timelines. It is just too crowed and hard to swim. Outside Jacuzzi and pools should be open.

We stayed in one lodge room for 2 nights. The wood for the fireplace was wet and smoked us out. We were supposed to switch rooms the next day with the promise of a quick turnover so we could get in the other room in reasonable time. We waited 6 hours. We kept checking and were basically dismissed and treated rudely . Won’t be back .

First time at the resort and my wife and I had an amazing time. Great hospitality throughout our stay. We will definitely be back! Andrew and Max from the shuttle service were great!

Amazing experience, wonderful location, beautiful installations, very comfortable rooms, food was also really good at the owls nest restaurant, planning to come back in spring or summer.
