Please note, that this property requires each guest to sign an authorization letter in advance when reserving multiple rooms or making a reservation on behalf of another guest. Also, if you are coming in a group, you must let the property know in advance. If you plan to hold a meeting in the (Parlor/TV Room) you MUST reserve in advance FOR A FEE. The common area is limited in space due to its smaller size. The American Guest House is available to assist guests with luggage from 10:00 to 20:00. Please note our property has many stairs and NO ELEVATOR. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 09:00 WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIRD-PARTY CREDIT CARDS. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
