Fantastic hotel on an important historic building in this colonial city. Lovely spacious premises. Great restaurant. Do stay in one of the imperial rooms as you get access to a lounge with unlimited coffee and snacks all day. Lovely pool and beautiful premises.

Ubicacion

Este hotel solía ser uno de mis favoritos y por eso mi decepción ha sido mayor en esta última estancia. La calidad de las sábanas deja mucho que desear, algo especialmente llamativo para un hotel de este nivel. El desayuno ha sido otro punto muy negativo: el personal no está atento a lo que falta y, cuando se reclama algún producto, la respuesta puede tardar hasta 30 minutos. Además, el personal no habla inglés, muestra poca disposición y suele tener malas caras. Cuando se hace alguna observación, la única excusa que repiten es que están “muy ocupados”, lo cual no justifica la falta de organización ni de atención al cliente. Por último, el estado del material de cocina es preocupante: la sartén con la que preparan las omelettes estaba completamente negra, dando una sensación de falta de higiene que resulta francamente desagradable. Una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado y lejos del nivel que este hotel ofrecía anteriormente.
