We had a wonderful stay in the Dolomites. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dinner was a great experience and you could really taste the quality of the local ingredients. The breakfasts were rich and varied, full of fresh regional products and everything was beautifully prepared. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and always helpful, which made the whole atmosphere feel very warm and relaxing. The hotel facilities were also at a very good level, clean, comfortable and well maintained. We especially appreciated the wellness area during the bad weather days — it was the perfect place to relax after hiking and enjoying the mountains.

Die Unterkunft, der Welness-Bereich, dass Essen sowie die Zimmer sind super. Entspricht den Bildern sowie den Erwartungen. Da wir einen Hund haben, hat man uns sogar kostenlos ein Zimmerupgrade gegeben, damit wir direkt im EG waren für das Gassi Gehen.

Was skandalös ist, sind die Getränkepreise. Wir hatten Halbpension und mussten die Getränke während dem Abendessen separat bezahlen. Das war bekannt und auch kein Problem. Was aber lächerlich ist, war der Preis für eine Cola Zero. Satte 8€ für 4dl Cola. Und dass in einem absolut unbekannten Ort wie Vals. In Zermatt möchte ich nichts sagen, aber für Vals ist der Preis definitiv nicht angemessen. Zumal Cola Zero ja in der heutigen Zeit absolut nichts Spezielles mehr ist. Das Bier sowie Hugo, Aperol Spritz etc. war sogar günstiger als die Cola. Es wäre sicher nicht falsch, wenn man hier die Vernunft wieder walten lassen würde.
