"It is very inconvenient that the reception is open only on Saturdays. I called the hotel in Meribel to resolve my issues"

Location

I forgot things that are precious to me: a Dior sweater, Bogner gloves, a Chanel belt and children's things. After a holiday in Courchevel, we went further - to Malaysia. The journey took a day, having arrived through the concierge, I began to write to the hotel about the forgotten things - since it was impossible to get through. To which the hotel replied - that these things are not there. I am disappointed with such an attitude

"Fantastic location, great views, good size apartment and friendly, helpful reception"

Fantastic location, very close to ski lifts/gondolas and adjoining a shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants, patisserie etc. Beautiful view of alps and a large courtyard. Good size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Individual (lockable) ski locker in carpark was handy. The apartment was very good value for money when we stayed in December. Reception staff are excellent - friendly and super helpful.

The kitchen is quite small but workable.

"UNSAFE/ TRAUMATIZING"

They broke into our room in the middle of the night while we slept and robbed my husbands watch. 3 other rooms were also robbed in this hotel while we were staying there! The thieves kept coming to the hotel on the other nights, and breaking into other rooms. Friends saw the thief’s inside their room in the middle of the night. None of the hotel staff did anything to help and they mocked us. There are no security cameras! Very UNSAFE. Should be shut down, DO NOT GO.

"Perfect Apartment in the center of Courchvel 1850"
