Please note that check-in on Saturday is from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests arriving before 17:00 or after 19:00 are requested to inform the property in advance by telephone to organise check-in. The property's reception hours are as follows: Saturday: 08:00–12:00. Sunday to Friday: 14:00–20:00 and 16:30–20:00. There is an additional charge to use the sauna and hammam facilities. Guests receive complimentary access to the One sauna or hammam session. You can request it using the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. WiFi is available for an additional charge of EUR 20 per week upon request. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Baby beds are available for an additional charge of EUR 15 per week. A baby's high chair is available for an extra charge of EUR 5 per week.
