Aunque le he puesto un cuatro, la experiencia fue muy buena. Alterado todo por el COVID-19 pero creo que se gestiona con bastante corrección este aspecto
La habitación muy bonita y confortable, cama muy grande y todo muy cómodo. El personal muy amable y la zona bonita y tranquila. Para volver.
Lá ubicacion es muy buena, pero lá atencion del staff es pesima y los menajes no estan a contento.

Habitación cómoda, funcional, limpia. Único inconveniente escasez de agua caliente en hora punta de ducha por la mañana, en mes de noviembre.
Ich war schon öffters dort und auch längere zeit. Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft wo man sich ein bisschen wie zuhause fühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön gross und verfügen über eine Küche in der man wenn man möchte sich auch selbst etwas zu ereiten kann.Kühlschrank,Backofen,Herdplatten und Mikrowelle , toaster Alles vorhanden. Die Lage von den Hotel ist klasse , es ist ein Park dort und in 800 meter fussweg ist man direkt beim santa cruz castle. Das Personal ist immer nett und freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch absolut Top für den Preis

Habitación muy amplia. Muy amables tanto el restaurante como en recepción.
Have stayed there about 3 years ago, loved it then loved it this year also. Also comment would alternate breakfast menu.
