"Reason for the the price"

The first question I ask myself when writing a review for Hotels is would I stay there again? The answer for this motel is no. It's an older property badly in need of a renovation. Bed was uncomfortable and sagging. Thin sheets and blankets. Old worn towels. Overall, it was clean but run down. Free wifi is only free if you can use it; I couldn't for two nights of my three night stay. Shower head was new, water pressure good. But this motel is inexpensive for a reason.

This hotel is extremely clean and updated. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was well stocked with everything I needed. The hotel has easy access and is convenient to local restaurants. I recommend this place to all travelers

Upon check-in, they couldn't process my credit card because their system was down. So I had to drive to a nearby ATM and get cash. Internet was pretty much out of order the whole time of my stay. I had to call the internet provider's support line myself. They never really fixed it -- connection was spotty and intermittent and when it was operating a did a speed test and it came out 1.9 mega bytes per second...that's dial up speed. Overall this place was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Credit card machine didn't work and that caused a problem initially. Had to use a different card but employee acknowledged it may be the server / machine and not my card. I used my card the rest of the day just fine. Furnishings are old but everything was clean. The price was right.

"Good for price paid"

Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was non-smoking yet had a peculiar odor. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast nothing to write home about.

"Not bad for the $"

This place is old and dated but having said that it's really not that bad. Not great by any stretch but meets basic needs and very reasonably priced. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The bed is average at best in terms of comfort but not horrible. I would stay there again as long as the price stays the same.

"What I needed"

This hotel is old, the furniture has seen better days but it is clean and adequate. I needed a place to stay after driving all day and I was leaving first thing in the morning. It had a good bed, a heater that worked and plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The description promised a breakfast that was not provided but there's a great Bojangles just down the street. I wouldn't want to spend any time in this room but it was sufficient.
