Novotel Nuernberg Messezentrum

This is the best place when you go to the messe, it is a walking distance. The checking in was so smooth thanks for Mrs. Mia, as well as the check out thanks for Mrs. Wojas. We have enjoyed our stay and the dinner, don’t miss it the kitchen team are wonderful and very welcoming 😊.

We always visit Novotel hotels. You always get the same quality for a decent price. Same goes for this hotel. Although the carpet could be renewed (feels old and dirty) and the bathrooms are dated, this Hotel is pretty much like all Novotels.

¡¡¡10/10!!!! The stay has been wonderful, and every time we return annually we will repeat the experience. The cleanliness was perfect, and the breakfast was very good. However, what really made the experience great was being served every night in the restaurant by Markus. The hotel is very lucky to have him in the restaurant, he makes the experience wonderful! Service 10, very helpful and super friendly. Thank you Markus for your welcome and service! On the other hand, we had a VERY bad experience with your partner Natalie, (which by the way, it was Markus who later came to apologize to us and not her). When we asked for the bill, Natalie was very rude, left quickly without mentioning a word and when she came back with the bill she acted very badly by banging on the table. It is not goof for a hotel with those characteristics, it spoiled our evening because we have always been very nice with all the service, but well, we had Markus who made the experience a very pleasant one during the whole stay. We will be back! Thanks!

Arrived at the Novotel on a business trip.. staff were lovely on arrival. Got to room and floors hadn't been hoovered correctly.. sink missing a plug and shower rail hanging off the wall. Food in hotel good, although one night the restaurant was exceptionally busy and only 2 staff on. Waited nearly 90mins for food and drinks. Actually felt sorry for the staff on duty. But a decent hotel all the same. Would use again

The Staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean.

The hotel was overall good. We had a family suite, which was just a double room with a couch not really spacious. Also the pillows were very thin and not good for sleep. The parking of the hotel was spacious but was not mentioned upfront that you have to pay for it. Also breakfast is 22euro pp. The location of the hotel was very good. Close to the old city

The worst experience I have ever had. We arrived late in the evening and the reception was very rude and unprofessional, even though we were with our small baby. The rooms are very tiny and not comfortable for the price. Besides our room was not prepared as expected (see attached pictures). The breakfast doesn't deserve the price either. The most important thing is that just one person was working at the hotel and no one else was able to respond to our questions, claims or requests.

I have stayed in this hotel many times when I am in Nuremberg. I’ve always liked this hotel. I was very disappointed that they charge me parking. That should’ve been disclosed when I booked with Hotels.com. Altogether we had seven rooms in our party and I hate when hotel nickels and dimes me. The staff works extremely hard. The waiters and bartenders were literally running to get orders out on Sunday. They should’ve had more help. It’s certainly not their fault, they were doing the best they could. Staffing is very important.

The room and hosts were super nice. I loved this hotel. The one thing that could have been better was the bartender who I had to tip extra to be friendly.
