The property's proximity to the expressway and services such as gasoline, food, and various stores is ideal for travel. Management (front desk clerk) was very nice and personable.

The reviews for the property are misleading. Yes, some indicated that the property was a bit "dated" yet clean and comfortable. I agree with the "dated" part. Clean and comfortable, however, present an issue. The carpeting throughout the room smelled of pets (wet dogs) having been in the room. Likewise, the lack of dusting became apparent when touching some of the furnishings. The bed's mattress felt a bit worn, and the covers were questionable at best. Interestingly, the coffee maker, condiments, and straws for stirring (exposed with no plastic packaging) were all placed inside of the bathroom. Why? Hygiene becomes an issue, and there is ample space on top of the refrigerator/microwave setup (or even the desk) in the main portion of the room. There is about an inch or three-quarter's inch gap beneath the room door, which allows outside dirt, wind, and perhaps other things to enter the room. I used the inner doormat to block as much of the gap as possible (it was very cold and windy during my stay). The heat works WELL👍

The clerk acted like we were imposing and kept the door locked go at 8.45 in the morning we couldnt get coffee

The front office was very helpful and cordial. The room was immaculate/clean

The bed hurt my back and I didn't sleep well.

Location and accessibility were excellent. The room was clean and neat. Easy check in and out.

Office was not open when we got there at 2:30 pm and no one was anywhere on the grounds. The telephone number they left to call was disconnected. We had to find a new hotel. If I am charged with this bill, I will never use travelocity again.
