Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Google Maps directions take you through town, there was a celebration going on when we arrived and we could not get through to the hotel. Called the hotel and they were able to give us alternative directions to come in another was. The link for directions on Booking.com should be updated to take you in that way. It is a much better route.

A relação preço/qualidade está muito desajustada bem como a atribuição de 5*. Não faz sentido cobrarem valor de estacionamento. As piscinas (tanto interior como exterior) têm tamanhos muito reduzidos. A higiene do quarto estava ok mas havia pequenos defeitos que não se justificam num hotel desta categoria: calha do duche solta, falhas de tinta no tampo da sanita, limpeza dos vidros em espaços comuns bem como dos elevadores. O atendimento é feito por pessoas jovens e por vezes pouco qualificadas, bem como ausentes por vários minutos dos locais como no bar da piscina e no spa. Os chinelos de spa deveriam estar no quarto ou entregues no check-in em vez de terem que ser requisitados e levantados pelos hóspedes.
