Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno almoço tem produtos de boa qualidade.

Nos aspetos negativos está o estado do quarto, que aparentava infiltração de água, com o chão de madeira a levantar e mau cheiro em todo o quarto que não passou mesmo depois de abrir as portas da varanda. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar, as superfícies tinham nódoas recentes que saíram depois de passar um pano.

Já ficámos várias vezes neste hotel, desta vez a primeira depois da renovação. Gostámos ainda mais que das outras vezes. A localização é óptima, os quartos excelentes, o pequeno almoço também. Os funcionários eficientes, simpáticos e muito profissionais. Voltaremos de novo.

Fabulous view from bedroom balcony of beach. Lovely bar and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean.

There were times when service was a bit slow in the bar. The staff are overwhelmed if there are groups of people trying to get served. We heard from some guests about the air conditioning not working in some rooms while we were there and that management were slow to have it rectified. A 5 star rating is well merited in this hotel but there are a few occasions where better attention to detail and inspection needs to improve.
