Det låg centralt

Hade betalat extra och bokat två enkelsängar, men fick en liten dubbelsäng. Visste inte att incheckningen öppnade kl 16 så vi fick släpa med bagaget till examenscermonin. När vi checkat in var det bråttom till middag så vi tänkte inte på sängarna utan det märkte vi sent på kvällen.

Flott frokostbuffé - Alt en kunne ønske seg! "Ekte" engelsk pub - alt var "autentisk" bortsett fra svenske flagg... Beliggenheten ekstremt bra - stille midt i gamlebyen - vi sov med åpent vindu ut mot gaten. DUX-sengene var nyyydelige!

Egentlig lite å sette fingeren på... De fortjener heller skryt for "hele pakken" !! Det manglet et par lyspærer på rommet som ble skiftet omgående ved forespørsel... Kommer gjerne igjen!!

Saknade personal vid incheckning- inte så tydligt att den skulle ske vid baren i puben, och den öppnade ganska sent. Charmigt hotell och trevligt med puben. Kylskåp på rummet hade varit perfekt! Vi var där för promovering och kunde byta om före incheckning och var väldigt väl mötta av personalen, det var jättebra!

Bra läge centralt i staden. God frukost.

Saknade garderob i rummet. Saknade hylla i badrummet för att ställa necessären på. Saknade extra spegel i badrummet. Vi fick rum på vån 3, vilken innebar snedtak och litet utrymme att röra sig på. Ingen ventilation eller öppningsbart fönster.

"Att inte ha bagageförvaring och sen incheckning var besvikelse."

Perfekt läge, fint badrum och god frukost.

Sent incheck, ingen bagageförvaring utan man hänvisar till förvaringsskåp på Lund C, sängen var inte bekväm då något för hård och personalen hade inget extra i bemötandet utan verkade lite stressade.
