"Exceptional"

The morning breakfast was delightful. Snacks & coffee/tea/etc were available at all times for guests. The staff is always available and always very friendly and helpful. The location is extremely central and was close to everything.

The bed was incredibly comfortable!! The facilities were clean and beautifully decorated. Staff was warm and attentive. All signs were clearly and kindly written. Breakfast was lovely. Great location.

"Great change from staying at the major chains -- much more relaxed, great location"

Very casual breakfast instead of going to one of the local places . Room was very nice -- fireplace was a great bonus. Kept bumping into the bed stool - but that was our clumsiness.

Bed was a little hard -- but comfortable enough to sleep. Our room was not total dark, which is charming unless you are used to a very dark room at night. Staff was very pleasant.

"Relaxing Inn in a Relaxing City"

Outside of being a gorgeous historic building, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was huge, and there was a 24-hr room to make coffee, tea and hot chocolate. On site parking was available, and it's a short walk into town.

"Comfortable and convenient to downtown Providence"

Large, comfortable room, gas fireplace, full kitchen. Cookies and mints in the room. Nice common room with tea/coffee/hot chocolate/water and $1 snacks available 24/7. Wonderful staff. Could walk easily to downtown Providence and water fire.

Could hear highway traffic Friday night. Saturday, not so much. Would definitely book again.
