The staff made our stay absolutely wonderful. Friendly group and a wonderful breakfast. One in Providence we’d be thrilled to stay here again.

Great location, easy walk to town, mall, restaurants and river. Loved the vintage look and feel of the house and rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Staff was beyond welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to return!

Wish the beds were a bit more firm.

Very comfortable. If you’re interested in visiting the Rhode Island state house/capital, it’s only a few blocks away

Lovely historic building, room itself was spacious although bathroom a little small Walkable to downtown area, RISD etc

Breakfast choices not ideal and some things hadn’t been restocked for 9am breakfast sitting (after the first sitting). Would have preferred if breakfast not included so we could choose if we wanted it or not. Overall the stay was expensive for what it was

The room was charming, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Location was very convenient to walk to restaurants and sights. Free parking.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Christopher Dodge House! My family and I were thoroughly impressed by the comfort and charm of our room. The beds were absolutely perfect, providing us with a restful night’s sleep each evening. The entire property exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. We appreciated the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was also delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable stay in Providence!

Breakfast was available each morning with a choice of hot and cold options. The Eggs Florentine and the Smashed Avocado with Egg on Toast were particular highlights. The bed was very comfortable, the room was as described and clean and tidy.

There was a fair amount of noise in our room from the adjacent stairs and the room above; however, this would be part of the character of staying in an older building with wood floors. It was never noisy enough to distrub sleep however.
