Never been to Sorrento before. This hotel was perfectly placed. The room was lovely. Clean and maid service could not have been better. Staff were so helpful especially the barman in the roof top bar

Excellent location, close to the harbor lift. Great views. Staff was outstanding especially Franco at the front desk. Great breakfast buffet

Elevator was too slow, faster to walk down the stairs and only use it to go up multiple floors.
