Decent venue with close access to the touriist attractions and freeway's into/out of Cape Town CBD. Pool unfortunately was closed during my stay.

Might need a decent clean as I had cockroaches in the unit and the shower door did not close properly that caused the floor to be very wet after each use.

"Security & housekeeping was great but please stay away from apartment 105 - it ruined our holiday..."

Close to the V&A Waterfront Secure Parking Airconditioned Free WiFi DSTV Clean towels everyday Average housekeeping Tea & Coffee (would have been better if there was more milk)

Apartment 105 is old & dated - dirty couch, old cupboards, old TV, etc. Leaking showers doors, broken shower head held together with thread tape. Basin tap loose. When we got there there was an extreme smell of marijuana in the apartment - previous tenant was smoking indoors but housekeeping could do nothing about it. Customer service could not help with another room so we had to spend 2 days with the smell and housekeeping gave us a humidifier which eventually helped after 2 days - worst holiday ever. Bookings.com could not help either as they could not get in touch with the apartment. I think that old apartments or poor rooms are given to Booking.com clients because they do not have any guarantees in place to safeguard their clients. We received a message from the apartment via Bookings.com that our complaint was resolved only and this was only because we where friendly with the housekeeping lady and told her that the humidifier was helping a bit. Overall, security at reception and housekeeping where friendly but please stay away from apartment 105 as you will end up having a miserable holiday.

"The stay was fantastic"

THe cleanliness of the facility and it's proximity to the entertainment facilities.

THe bathroom window did not have blinds and too much light was getting into the bedroom at night.
