I would not recommend this motel to anyone. It was nothing like the pictures shown online — the rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and felt very unsafe. The environment made it hard to relax or even sleep comfortably. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we brought up our concerns. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority here. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay, I suggest looking elsewhere.

The beds are very comfortable. And everyone on the staff was very respectful and definitely willing to help in anyway.

Great place to stay when you’re visiting family at Canyon Lake

Smells like cigarettes smoke and bathroom door is falling.

It was a very busy trip, so I just didn’t complain. Weddings! Ha. The room has been redecorated in the last few years. The floor is coming apart. The non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, weed, and mildew. No matter how much I sense you burn ya can’t cover that up, and trust me… they tried. The faucet in the shower was sketchy to say the least and it worked in reverse. The cable/satalite never worked for the small amount of hours we were there. The adjoining door wouldn’t stay closed and was duct taped shut. BUT!!! The bed was so comfy. I was able to rest there despite my complaints and inconveniences.

Don't waste your time or money. Paid way too much for one night and didn't even stay longer than 1.5 hours. Filthy, bed bugs, roaches, foul/strong odor that causes headaches and nausea. Property unsafe with undesirable characters dealing drugs in parking lot. Loud and ghetto. And they won't take responsibility and don't care. Filed with BBB, health department and attorney

We had drove all night from Utah and Sam was very kind and we were able to get an early check in with no additional fees. The employees are very polite and helpful. The beds seem to be updated and comfortable.

It worked for what we needed - a place to sleep on a road trip but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The bed was comfy. The room was in bad shape - adjoining room door closed with tape. I literally pulled our table and chair in front of the door as a blocker. One Electric outlet was not covered, no hangars, needs a paint job, etc.
