The spa facilities were the main reason that I booked and they were excellent. I would book again for this purpose. Everything was clean and well maintained. A great selection of dry and wet therapies. The staff were welcoming & friendly, overall it was a relaxing experience. The breakfast was very good. I opted to include dinner, purely for convenience. I did not expect it to be a buffet however, the food was good so it was fine. (the meat was perfectly cooked) The pianist & violinist at dinner were an unexpected treat. Comfortable bed & great shower. The addition of complimentary water was very welcome and the drink on arrival appreciated. Lovely grounds and so close to the centre of Piešťany for cafes and shops.

Guests leaving their towels on loungers for long periods of time, preventing others from being able to use them. Rude!

Exceptional location, service and food. I come back as often as I can.
