Aina ystävällinen ja osaava henkilökunta! Hotellissa on erinomainen aamiainen ja ravintolan päivällisen bouillabaisse oli parempaa kuin olisin voinut edes unelmoida!

Oli harmi että saunavuoroa oli lyhennetty kahdella tunnilla sillä nyt oli ajoittain ruuhkainen ja iltapäivän sauna on ollut ihana hiihtopäivän jälkeen, nyt sauna oli vasta klo17 eteenpäin

Huone 283 WC:n lasiovi "kolisi" kiskoillaan (huono yöllä). Samainen ovi meni suljettaessa topparista ohi ja jäi "lukkoon" (toppari rikki)

Sijainti huoneistollamme oli loistava. Upeat näkymät tunturiin. Hyvät vuoteet ja siistit WC ja pesutilat. Runsaan yöpyjämäärän vuoksi aamiaisastioita ei ehditty täyttää sitä mukaa kun ne tyhjeni. Odottelua oli jonkin verran ja se hieman ruuhkautti aamiaistilaa.
